The Innovative technology is the outcome of 37 years Experience in Pelletization machinery. Bench Top Model with Twin Screw is specially designed for scale up & validation process. Making it suitable for scale-up studies also allows evaluation of two types of Different pressure extrusion techniques for production up to 15 Kg. Easy to dismantle and clean, thus Minimum maintenance is required. It is the flexible choice when taking the first step towards process optimization-thanks to its interchangeable components. It is designed to acquire limited amount of bench space used for small scale sugar, film or Enteric coating of tablets, capsules, pellets or spheres. This is Developed maintaining the operating principals of the larger pilot and production machines. A wide range of extrusion screen sizes and configurations are offered for optimization of pellet diameter, surface quality and size distribution. The wet mix is usually made in a kneader, pug mixer, or high shear granulator (pharma). It is either hand fed or fed by a feeder into the feed bin. The wet mix is moved to the extrusion zone by twin screws. There, it is wiped through a dome die (screen) to make well-formed, cylinder shaped extrudates with a controlled diameter. The extrudates break off on their own and are gathered for the next step in the process.
